Connections allow you to bring data into Odie from another source. An Avoma integration pulls your call activity to be analyzed for your scored accounts.
Add an Avoma connector
You must have an Avoma API key to connect Avoma to Odie.
- In Odie, click Settings from the left nav.
- Click Integrations.
- Click Add a Connection.
- Locate the Avoma data source, and click Connect.
- Click on Add Connection, then click on Connect Avoma.
- Enter your API Key.
- Click Connect.

Odie will attempt to validate the connection with Avoma.
You can now view call records in Odie.
