Connect Intercom to Odie

Who can use this feature?

  • Available on all plans

Connections allow you to bring data into Odie from another source. An Intercom integration pulls your view ticket records to be analyzed for your scored accounts. 

Add an Intercom connector

You must be an Intercom administrator to generate an access token. 

  1. In Odie, click Settings from the left nav.
  2. Click Integrations. 
  3. Click Add a Connection.
  4. Locate the Intercom data source, and click Connect.
  5. Enter a name and description for the connection (e.g., Acme Intercom). 
  6. Add the Token from Intercom (see documentation).
  7. Click Connect.
  8. Odie will attempt to validate the connection with Intercom. 

    You can now view ticket records in Odie.
