Connect Gong to Odie

Who can use this feature?

  • Available on all plans

Connections allow you to bring data into Odie from another source. A Gong integration pulls your call activity to be analyzed for your scored accounts. 

Add a Gong connector

You must be a Gong administrator to generate an access key and secret key. 

  1. In Odie, click Settings from the left nav.
  2. Click Integrations. 
  3. Click Add a Connection.
  4. Locate the Gong data source, and click Connect.
  5. Click on Add Connection, then click on Connect Gong.
  6. Add the Access Key and Secret Key from Gong (see documentation).
  7. Click Connect.
  8. Odie will attempt to validate the connection with Gong. 

    You can now view call records in Odie.
